It is only 3 years to the A levels. My father is deciding whether we should [b]buy a house in singapore. So i have to be sure if i can be ROUGHLY garunteed a psy degree here.
I figured the way i can roughly know this is to ask those students studying psy or have finished studying, how much points they had during O lvls. Then i can roughly(again) know if i stand a chance in psy.

There's no guarantee in life, all depends on you. Have to work very hard.
Whether u make it to uni also depend on the results of each cohort- eg this yr. Dragon yr. many did exceptionally well & '88 is baby boom year.
This yr. onwards, u get competition from pple in the 'thr train programme' like RJC, Hwa Chong. Anyway the standard for FASS in NUS very high. Pple with straight As & Bs are applying.
Your dad can go ahead & buy a prop. Tell him to go for f'hold. He should be able to sell it easily if u decide to go elsewhere cos prop. is booming now.
