Really I am curious to know from u ppl........
Personally, I tink it is not so good lah to meet up wif strangers.... -

forum gatherings are fine, if it's in a group but do take caution if you are meeting one on one...
go to crowded places la..
personally. i wouldn't meet one on one, group gatherings might be fine.

At your own discretion.
If you think it's not safe, either turn down the request or meet up in a group.
Otherwise if you insist on meeting someone one-on-one, especially when the other party belongs to the opposite gender, you must be prepared to bear the consequences, if any. -
To be safe, I'll say it is not safe to go for such gatherings, especially for gals.
Too lazy to go in-depth but you get the idea. -
hmmm there are factors to consider... your age... and of cuz your gender ultimately...
it is generally much more dangerous for a girl... especially when she is an adolescent, to meet up with people they know from the net... afterall, they are still strangers. -
best is still go out in grps...dun go in 1-on-1 dates...dun tink u guy u safe, u nvr knw there might b gays arnd...

To me it doesnt matter it is a guy or gal...(of course gal may have more to lose)...meeting up in group with many forumers of wide age gap is the problem..
On such meetings, I am sure ppl will ask for ur contacts and in a sense u are losing personnel info by giving out ur hp no or add etc....
That is what I think lah -

i have attended quite a few outings before and so far no problem.
but i always go in a group and my dear is always by my side, maybe dats why not much problem.
i wudnt advise a girl to go outing on a one to one basis esp with someone she hardly knows, doesn't matter how prominent or high profile this person is in the forum. If you go, then it is your own responsibility to keep yourself safe by taking certain precaution.
