What u guys think of the this partivular flat?
it claims to b the singapore first green flat... People who stay there will enjoy a enviromental friendly building and cooler surrounding. 2 to 4 degrees lower in temperature.
3 rm flats prices are starting from 139K and 4 rm from 208K and 5 rm are 370K...
I personally seen the model units and it looks great and went to the site and the place is actually v near punngol central....
estimated date of completion is early 2012..
anyone appiled for it already?

The concept is GOOD!!! but too bad the location at Punggol...I don't like Punggol...so troblesome if need to go town...

transport wise is okie la got NEL mah...
if got a car is another plus point...

the 4 rm how big?(sqm)
Pinnacle@Duxton already something like 367k for 4 rm(92sqm) but high floor. -
idea looks good, but how long can it last to be green? how long will the maintenance be?
there are earlier efforts to make it green and environmental friendly, i.e. the rooftop garden concept, i thk abt late last year there was an article in ST regarding that project, now nobody looks after the garden and it became bare and unsightly.. -

All around you go big green grass land that sitting there not develop !!!
So deserted that there is not even a fastfood restaurant or petrol pump around !!! Yep cannot be a better choice to live like robinson family - a totally isolated place !!!
