I have placed an order on a model , the E8210 during the Ngee Ann Polytechnic Road Show. i have yet to receive a single call from your company to inform me on my collection time despite calling your company's sales hotline repeatedly and getting the same reply that someone would call me back again which it didn't happen. i am very irritated on this matter as my friend in the same school as me, despite placing a hire purchase order on the same model on a later date than mine , he received his laptop in a blazing speed of within 1 week as compared to mine. I was told that your company didn't receive an letter of agreement from NTUC about the approval of my loan. I am very dissapointed upon hearing this . This matter has been taking place for 2 weeks and yet not been resolved.
The new school term is starting next week and i am without a laptop for my school work which is required of me to have one as i am in the IT courses.
Please look into this matter and stop pushing the blame to NTUC for not sending the letter of loan agreement. I am equally disgusted by the way both companies handle their customers . Hopefully , i can resolved this matter before school starts."
I wonder whats goin on between both companies and how they handle customers . issit cash and carry--> 1st class customer , hire purchase --> 2nd class customer so " ai ya , hire purchase onli.... slowly deal with them " is that how they handles customers when govt. push for excellent customer service ?![]()
