taxi fare got 10% less fare charge ar??

last friday i took a taxi after 12 from kallang to my home an the fare together with midnight charge adding up to $20++ then on another night i took taxi from kallang to my home again at 11.45pm, and i ask the driver say got minight charge anot and he say dun haf but got 10% cheaper of the total fare. and when i reach my place the fare add up to 19.80. ccb i kana tock izit??!
