Help eye pain!

help!! since morning already like this liao..i blink my eyes then i can feel the pain at the rear back of my eyes...its the area between eye lid and eye ball...i cannot exactly point out where cuz i m not to sure myself...and i suspect that its a pimple thats causing all the agony...anyone has this experience b4? can share? or at leaset tell me wad to do...apparently..eye drops doesnt work for me anymore...so i can confrim its not a case of dust infection =/ help!

It could be ulcer... like the mouth one... see if you can see any tiny ulcer like thing in the red part of your eye lid...

the back of my eyes are pain as well bcoz i sleep way toooooo much for the past few days. -
pimple. it'll go off after a day or two. meanwhile rest ur eyes more.

i also had this pain when i was about to sleep last night..
got outta bed and went to wash my eyes, tried to see whether there's any eyelashes inside.. but bo leh... morning woke up ok liao.
if it's a pimple or watever, u should be able to see.
if ur eye turns really sore, then better see a doctor. -
it could be a growth. I had one when I was younger. Had to have it surgically removed. Mum threw in more $$ to get a plastic surgeon to do the op so that I can still have eyelashes after that. Those who went through the normal procedure came back without lashes on that eye...
I still have a scar on my right eye. Now put eyeliner that time can see the line abit crooked cuz of the scar.. -

Can be a small speck of dust particle that got trapped between the upper eyelid and the cornea.
Got it for a week before it went off.
Apply eye drop. -
U hurt your leg then ur eyes won't feel pain anymore...
