  How to get rid of period cramps?
  
  Today I went out to get hair cut, then suay suay kanna period, now I'm crippled with pain!

  just sleep - the pain is on and off, it'll go away some time
  
  the annoyin thing is sometimes after u slept u wake up in pain and u have to wait awhile for the pain to go off before u can slp again

  If you're still awake now, put a hot water bottle or a heatpack over your abdomen. Prop your legs up on a pillow or something.
  
  If the pain persists, see a doctor so he can prescribe you some medicine to curb those pains.
  
  If you always get cramps during your periods, see a doctor immediately. The pains could be a bad sign. If you sometimes get cramps, try taking EPO daily. Or cornflakes help, for some.
