Any 1 from RP knows solution?

  Hey any 1 from RP able to help me?
  
  Due to the holidays, i have not logged in to LEO for a long time and every few months the school will enforce password change on us.
  
  I missed the password change period and i cannot log in to everything.
  I tried the Ctrl-Alt-Del method but it says "Domain RP is not avaliable"
  
  I tried to log in to VPN but it says "Credentials not recognized" or something like that.
  
  I want to change from Webmain Exchange but i am unable to log in.
  
  Any idea how i can change the password and log in to LEO?
  
  I cannot see my class posting etc...

  I never log in to LEO for so long also never kena locked out?
  
  You sure the password and username is correct?
  
  RP domain also selected?

  Better go IT helpdesk.
  
  They will need you to join rp domain. Only they know the password.
  
  If you oldbie...go IT helpdesk...since i never face this problem before. Haha.
