  Hey, sorry to start a new thread for this, but there hasn't been an existing thread for GAP.
  
  Does anyone know whether they have any exchange policy? I specifically remember that I told the salesperson I wanted the smaller sized item but she brought the bigger one to the counter instead. It was my fault too for not checking it at the counter again.

  if u have the receipt then it should be fine, if the tags are not removed yet.

  just show ur receipt, and tell them what actually happened. I'm sure they will do an exchange cos their reputation is at stake.
