  Just my thinking la...
  
  if you see todae's TNP, it talked about the Coast Guard Crash.
  
  Then if you recalled a few months/recently ago, at first, it was the diver who were lost from his team near Vivo City then in the end found his body...
  
  then second is the 2 boys drown at the Pasir Ris beach...
  
  now is this Coast Guard that happened at Tuas...

  geographically speaking...Pulau Hantu is not near Vivocity.Its not even close to Sentosa.
