Who do you prefer?

  Working with a blur but still act smart boss or a blind boss who just want work to be done?

  Your boss act smart, saying stuff can be done but you as a engineer knows that it cannot be done...

  At least for the second option, if your boss doesn't cover your backside, then at least you can learn to cover yours.

  Blind boss will only make you work like a slave without concern for his workers. Blur boss is still better.
