Urgent: Need help!

  Sorry to take up your time. Actually the person who need help is my friend.
  
  Here it goes. My friends want to registered for Private O Level but the period for registration had over.
  
  Then just now I called MOE, then say my friend can try sending SEAB an email telling them the matter.
  
  But the thing is, my friends and my English is cannot make it de. So I am here hoping someone who have good command of English can write the letter for my friends.
  
  I beseech you to lent your hand to my friends.
  
  What I need is a letter to request for late registration of O Level.
  
  Any replies is greatly appreciated.

  i think he'll have to wait till next year. the SEAB not so lenient one.. v sorry for your friend.

  so what is the real reason for the delay?
  
  registration period for private candidate is 12 Mar - 24 Mar...now is 17 April...about 1 month difference...better have a good excuse...or to be more politically correct...a good reason.

  Dear Sir/Mdm,
  For your info, one person scold me when i ask him to help me, he don't want then i sue him until bankrupt. Then 2 person make me angry some weeks ago, they are currently paralyzed in hospital after being beaten up by a group of mysterious gangsters. Last week, I asked 1 company to help do a simple thing, they cannot even do, then i complain and sue them go court, right now all the people from that company is serving time in jail.

  i also juz registered.. u email seab.. they will try their very best to help u all register de.. coz i juz did.. and onli haven pay up. wakaka... juz a casual email will do. no need so formal de
