Dials on watch

I have a CYMA watch with me, and I don't know what the dial means(As in, what do they stand for? GMT?) Does anyone have any idea? It looks something like the image below.
And it has 2 buttons and one Crown, what do the buttons do?
* I know the top right is for seconds though

You start the stopwatch function, start timing, and press split for the split timings you want?

you got any idea if shops charge a fee for adjusting the strap? those type of latches -
chronograph movement with 1/10 second, 60 second, and 30 minute counters.
