is it like suddenly ur leg move or u move. haha. i recently have that too. i dreamt got 1 basket ball going to hit me, then i dodge (both in dream and real life)then i wake up. another 1 is the leg 1. where got 1 pit then ur leg drop in then u wake up.

I dreamt I was fighting with someone the other day and I threw a roundhouse kick in the dream only to instantly wake up with a painful feet, turns out I kicked the wall with all my strength
