Work-related Problem...

  I'm kind of facing problems in a new company I just joined. My previous predecessor left before i joined my new company and now I'm not even sure the things I have been doing are correct and I fear I may make a big loophole or mistake without myself knowing. There is no one in the company who is really sure or can really help me in what I do. Any advice?

  Just need to adapt. Since u are new, it is natural for u to don't know alot of things. Perservere with all the scoldings. Once u noe all your stuff, no one can find faults in you.

  go bug ur immediate superior.
  
  eventually he will be the one who would be after ur @ss if U screw up...so might as well bug him now and avoid disaster later.
