  the cheapest i know of is at queensway shopping centre.
  20 to 30 bucks i think.
  if you want a more professional one, do it at heeren 50 to 60 bucks.

  Like the 2nd post says, DIY, my friends uses pins, nvr got infected yet.
  
  So far ive seen DIY Ear Piercings, DIY Lip Piercings, DIY Tounge Piercings. All done with no infection. Tho i dont recommend you doing it yourself haha.
  
  i already got one piercing on my ear, hope to get 3 more and 2 snake bites.
