How strict are P2P client laws in Singapore?

  I never said it was me. If it was me, I don't think you ever see me here. For one, once you broken any technology laws, you are not allowed to touch any products related to them, not even the printer.
  
  Two, they were caught because they mass downloading and mass distributing the copyrighted files. They were caught in a raid against piracy. According to news, info is leaked by RIAS, the Singapore version of RIAA.
  
  How did RIAS get the info is one issue. Our ISPs definitely play a part in releasing those info, because under the laws they have to do so. Singapore is not Switzerland, where privacy laws is above any laws.
