Actually very surprised about people naming Kickapoo. I see it everyday.
Sinaco (how to spell?) actually came back briefly, somewhere around 2003, after that it was gone, making brief comebacks every year (during CNY periods)
The ones that are gone, to me is Sarsi and Cream Soda.
