need recommendations for pda phone.

  hello all need some recommendations for pda phone. usage will be mainly for oganisation of my work (gg to uni next yr), planning my fwd schedule and studying japanese... regarding studying jap, i saw from some forums about something regarding tungsten e but i dont know what it is.
  
  anyone who knows or has a pda phone can make some recomemdations that can fit my needs? thnx.

  dopod u1000, was out longer than the nokia n95 was.
  
  Comparing specs, makes the n95 look sissy.
