No such thing in SG.
When you register, you'll need to select 2 nature of your business. That's all... choose wholesales.... Look at acra website.

Yea you do business you need a license, by right... by left if they can't catch you then like that.... but it also prove customer and businesses need the license as assurance. Go acra and find out than asking here.
