why some people take alcohol face red?

I believe it can be an allergic reaction from the alcohol. It happens to me too when I drink certain alcoholic drinks including wine/sparkling wine and beer. I even passed out once after drinking less than half a glass of white wine.

The Face turns red bcos the blood circulation is good...
it doesn't mean that u're allergic to alcohol or somethin like dat...
U can't prevent ur face from turnin if ur circulation is good...
some ppl mistake the face turnin red for bein drunk...
my face always turn red at the littlest amt of alcohol i drink..
but i still think soberly n walk normally...
dat's y ppl call me prawn/lobster/crab...

face turns red on alcohol because the drinker's has blood vessels very close to the skin.. so because alcohol speeds up the heart rate, more blood is pumped into the vessels.. thus the face turns red..
it is not a sign of drunkedness.. -
