hmmm what is paypal?

  I wan to bid for auction at yahoo auction taiwan
  
  but hor usually in spore auction i use bank transfer
  or in website i use debit card
  
  but hw if i buy something using paypal
  
  1) Is paypal an account where u use ur credit card to send money into the account, den the other buyer will deduct the money from there?
  
  2) If paypal account money is empty, can the buyer still deduct payments? as in paypal will auto deduct from bank account
  
  and how do i get back the money from paypal when ppl buy the things i sell

  okie.. paypal is a middle man.
  
  since u are buying something from taiwan off the auction, the seller will bill u using paypal asking for the payment with the description of goods. then, with this bill, u can transfer $ to paypal using your credit/debit cards. is this most effective as if u send cash or even cheque to your seller through mail, it will take a longer time. usually seller will request 5% more from the final price bcos if they are to withdraw the $ from paypal, they have are charge 5% of the amt they are withdrawing.. so this 5% would normally be charged under the buyer.

  1 more point to note, its useful as most seller accept paypal. ebay and yahoo auction uses this.

  What is Expanded Use Enrollment? its say that if i sign up this for 3 dollars i get unlimited funds transfer

  Paypal is quite reliable.
  
  But there will be a lot of sneaking bastards pretending to be from paypal and senting you email. Do not give any information about your paypal account over the email!!!
