In any case, being in a different country can be a barrier to certain legal action, although to what extent is arguable (especially with regards to what offence); the UK would be an interesting choice because both SG and UK are common law systems, with SG legals often citing UK decisions and ratios. Hence my question whether that is indeed the reason why this site is operated by a UK based corporation. -
