Very Very Huge Organization
Arrogant Colleagues
Dept Head Who ignores U
No guidance or teaching, jus let u do work tat they dun like
Just basic salary
Company B:
Small Company
Good work guidance
Nice bosses
Same basic salary With A, but also have commision -
Go to B first...then when you're more confident and adventurous try out A =)

i will choose the small company one..
i have work in small and big company before.. although big company give u many propsects, u will have a nicer toilet or pantry, well furnished env, but after a while u will feel quite sian becos everyone is like fighting with one another, there is no bond and if u are of a lower qualifications, u will get depise of..
small company on the other hand give u lesser propescts, not much benefit but will defintely be happier..
but big companies normally offerhigher pay.. if that, i will choose the big companies one.. afterall money is the one we are seeking for.. -
