Company name is (KES 1993 SYSTEMS) Interviewer: Elaine (Hr Mgr)
I like to share my experience with you guys... My advice is that to highlight our expectation to them before asking we to come for the interview.
I sent a resume online as indicated on the Recruits. Days later, I received a call and fix an appointment with them. Next day, I went down for the interview and to my surprise the HR Manager was so Rude.
I kept quiet and listen to her conversation... She kept on saying a rude remarks and lastly, she say that she couldn't gave the expectation salary I requested. It was a mistake for her to offend me in the morning. I was so hot and deep inside everyhthing starts to boils.
I stand and bang against the table. I told her that she is not fit to be an HR Manager (more like a s.l.u.t in geylang). I sent my resume over to her and she doesn't even bother to read the details before asking me to come for the interview. If the company could not afford to pay me the salary i'm expecting, what the heck they shortlisted me and ask me to come for the interview. Wsting my time & money.
Her expectation was so high and very demanding. Might as well she employ a china or bangladesh worker to work for her. LOW INCOME & HIGH EXPECTATION!! What a demanding B.I.T.C.H!
I don't gave a damn to be polite to inconsiderate ppl. It was a lesson which I learn n would like to share with ppl out there. -
It's an employer market these days. It means that beggars applying for jobs don't get to dictate the terms. It's the employers who call the shots...... You not happy with the HR manager's way of recruitment and vent your frustration, the HR manager's not gonna get bothered because you just don't get the job lor. The company can always hire someone else......... You can't win by bashing your head against the brick wall. So wise up. Besides, exercising tolerance and restraint goes a longer way than expressing our emotions.......

Just remember lor... Nowadays some girl doesn't even knew to cook and do simple housekeeping... I think overall man are a role model coz we are totally flexible (Pls don't be offended, some girls are still respectable but only a few spoil market )

World this days where sill got ppl practise "tolerance and restraint" even the latest news monk in some country fights against the goverment... Hiaz even u nod ur head, defientely u knew the outcome (U wun be getting the job) So, why be a punching bag. At least we vent out anger against this ppl so they knew where they stand?
Above the highest moutain still there is always a sky at the top... There so many places to find a job and I don't go on begging a job... Most importantly is you are happy and satisfied with the position u applied. -

If you have a dead mindset on service and don't give your fair share of service, but yet you expect the service provider to give three time more, you yourself already a bad service giver...

it's a wrong move lor..
if someone is rude to u, u dun have to be rude to him/her back.
she dun show respect for ple, it doesn't reflect well on herself. If u do the same, u are not any good also.
What if she calls up the recruit agency and scold the agent? Then add salt, vinegar etc.. agent not happy kena scold, blacklist you and dun refer you to the employers, worse still, tell their peers from the same line, even same company.. then u will have difficulties looking for a job liao. -

i've once kana a very jia lat HR mgr, she reli insult me to the core, but i didnt do anything & keep my cool. ( i shd insult her back actually!) i regretted my kindness to her. -
u noe what, i encounter exactly the same thing as u.. and it not once but twice.. previously i went to this company to interview, i send in my resume and state my expected salary there.. then they ask me come down for an interview. so i came down and the manager assistant interview me. after that interview, she wans me to come down for the second interview to meet the manager. seriously, i really pin high hope for that since it a second interview.. so the nx day i make a trip down. this time round the manager didn;t meet me personally and instrad he ask his another colleague to interview me. during the process everything was ok until he suddenly say that i am over qualified for this position and say he cun pay me that kind of pay.. when i heard that, i really feel like scolding the guy.. waste of my time and effort.. i mean why the hell did they have to ask me come down again since i am over qualified.. didn;t i state all this out in my resume? sux man.. but i didn;t scold the fellow. i kip my cool.. no pt wasting my effort scolding pple like him
then the nx interview i went is an it firm.. once again i already states my expected pay then he say he cun afford me, pay me 400 bucks less. i was like wtf!! waste my time like that.. i went out of the office in an angry manner
so now i learn my lesson, it best to neogitate the pay with them when they call me up for interview, or esle no point going down. it wil be another wasted trip. -
