Your Solution to boosting the quality of Miss Singapore?

In the SG Girls forum, there was some moaning about how ugly the Miss Singapore contestants were.
At the same time, I was looking at an article about two guys talkign about their NS days.
Now, the problem with Miss SG is that you can only choose from the girls who enter, and most girls give it a wide berth, especially the attractive ones.
So here's what I think should be done about it.
Make it compulsory for all gals to enter Miss Singpore, just like all guys have to do NS.
Guys do NS
Girls do Miss S.
Just imagine if all the babes we see on the street and on tv had to enter.
We could have sent Jamie Yeo, Jacelyn Tay, Celeste Chong, Sarah Tan, Ann Kok, Dawn Yeo, Fiona Xie to Miss Universe and every winner would have at least C cup boobs.
(Is Margaret Lee Singaporean or Malaysian? Heck, with boobs like that, she should be given citizenship anyway, right?)
What's the concensus?

Stop bashing the girls that join miss singapore, then maybe more will start joining.
