Cable TV signal not found

Anyone facing the same problem...? Its been like that for over an hour... Area is in Lakeside...
Its not the smart card coz it doesn't say so, and its not the bill coz also loss signal for mediacorp channel too... -

starhub, ermmmm, i call up starhub 1633 ( i think) at around 3 am before, and i like to tell you that, there have rotating shift for 24 hours, and you can call around midnight or in the wee hours and still there is someone picking up the phone, there will be a technician, will be able to help you...................... -
the set-top box is spoilt.... me also face this problem. tv screen display colourful square boxes and signal not found. so i call starhub and they immediately replace the set-top box with a new one without even checking the old one where spoilt.....
