i personally think that guys r generally visual creatures n will automatically look at a sexily dressed girl. but some guys damn bian tai k.. even if u're wearing normal t-shirt n jeans also wanna stare. for me right, if i wear a bit low cut or skirt a bit short, i know i can't complain much (although u wanna stare be more discreet lar.), but i get damn pissed off if i get stared at (n by that, i mean, those checking out from head to toe) if i'm wearing t-shirt n jeans or something similar. damn sian lor...

I think there are two possibilities....
For some gals, they may"react" in a "hostile" manner because they think that they "have" to react that way, if not they will be "cheap" and so on... maybe deep down, they really really enjoy the attention....
Another view is that they are attracting the "wrong" type of reaction, they might want to wear it for their boyfriend or husband or to react handsome charming guys, but if the person who notice them does not fit the "profile", they will be pissed...
I guess can't be help.. if u r a guy, and a gal whom you find disgusting and unattractive keep looking at you... you will be "sian" also... right? and if a pretty girl look at you???
