A few days ago, there's this article about men obeying women in China. This is so wrong. They are behaving like slaves to women.
Do women actually have any respect for such guys?
This is not much different from many men here. Their girls like to give them silly demands, in which of course the men caved in to.
Guys, don't be too soft just because of a woman. Don't make use of women either but do not ever let them have the chance to step on you.
As a man, do not be afraid to speak up your mind to the woman. Can you imagine you a man, being afraid of a woman? It should be the other way. Your mum will be so proud of you with a son like that. And women will like real men.

It shouldn't be about controlling women. It should be about re-discovering what it is to be a man.
Men have become so soft, indecisive and naggy. With some men, I feel like I have to be the man. It shouldn't be the case. If you want a woman to listen, you have to know what you're doing.. you earn her respect, and not thru sneaky ways. Men have screwed things up in the past when their say was the only say.. that's why women rose to task.
And that's a good thing too, to remind us that one gender cannot exist without the other.

Your plan sounds fine, but it's frankly way too much work. So I have to invest calories in being a gentleman, plus I have to possess the prerequisite of commanding peer respect and admiration? Not too feasible I'm afraid.
Here's my alternative: search for a girl who is intrinsically meek and compliant. Learn the art of identifying and obtaining them, and you'll realise your goal is much more within reach.

A woman as my mother and a woman as my lover are two different things. Perhaps you will see your boyfriend/husband as your father but I see it differently. They are separate as far as bgr relationships are concerned.

I believe as a man in a relationship should earn the right of being respected and allowed to lead. Note that I do not advocate controlling the woman and neither should women do the same thing to guys as well.
Yes, women nowadays have their own income and all that. Im all for it. In fact, it's good for the family. But we are talking in the context of a relationship, a man obeying to everything his wife tells him like how a slave does to his master is as good as losing all dignity and respect he should have.
It's totally different. The man can listen but doesn't necessarily have to follow everything she says.
Hence, a woman as a mother to obey does not equate to a obeying another woman like your girlfriend. And seriously, no guy likes to be a hen-pecked husband.
