Do i have to spend my precious leave to come down to your place at your convenience to fix something that hasn't done its job properlY? What kind of customer orientated hours do you have to servce customers?

2mths ago i bought a Benq Lcd monitor..till nw i haven submit e warranty..
as its online submitting of warranty gt prob leh..
after i filled up all e required fields n still cant submit..
n i called its hotline..
n tat technical official keep saying did i enter e serial numb. wrongly..
he said dun enter ' I ' as ' 1 ' n vice versa..
3times i called 3times he said e same sentence..knn
he jz dun understand wad i mean by cant submitting..
worst still he sounds like some hokkien technical..
anyway monitor at least can use up to more den 3-4yrs..
so its warranty i jz heckcare la
