  i dont bring umbrella 1.... i wear purple raincoat and black boots
  
  no la if caught in the rain i go find shelter.. if dont have, then too bad.. i wait.... if the rain is not that big i walk under the rain....

  I dont carry umbrella. I like my bag to look small and neat. Also, a wet umbrella can be very troublesome...

  Volt Tackle better, 120 base damage, I think ThunderBolt 95 base damage oni, but Volt Tackle hit with recoil. Remember to equip with Light Ball. Light Ball Pikachu increases Pikachu's Attack and Special Attack by 100% and only Pikachu can use Light Ball, Pichu and Raichu also cannot use. Light Ball Pikachu is the best electric Pokemon in the game besides Zapdos.
