  ok, maybe imageshack server is not so good, maybe u shld go to
  www.photobucket.com
  
  sign up, its free, then u log in and upload the pic u wannna post
  
  then, u will see ur pic below gt a few lines, take the one which shows
  
  [IMG]http://i4.photobucket.com/*sth here*/*sth here*/albums/*pic*.jpg[/IMG]
  
  by default, photobucket have capitalised [IMG], so change the [IMG] to small letters

  ok u go to my cat picture... right click.. and copy image location...
  
  now go to ur reply...
  
  u see Img button? click it once... then paste the url... then click again...
  
  and voila!
