Condo or HDB

I see no sense paying $1-2 mil for such a small space. Yeh of course it's prestigious living in Bukit Timah but how much is prestige worth?
Just working for the bank.
My maisonette double strorey is so much more spacious, balcony bigger and rooms bigger. No swimming pool, spas and tennis court though.
Just a thought as I visited a friend in Upp Bukit Timah today. -

condo you are paying high price for the gate and wall nia , and feed the 2 security guard sitting there eating cai png

well you say le got spa, got swiming pool, got suana.
parking also may be "free" note that say if you have 2 or 3 cars, the conservancy can actually be cheaper than if you live in hdb.

they no longer build masionettes. I love those.

i'll like a condo.. can juz wear ur trunks wrap a towel and go down swim.. nobody cares.. unlike hdb, haf to wear properly den walk so far to the pool.. haiz..

i live in HDB mashionette too. when i want to swim, i go to a relative's pool @ her condo

Its the location and status. Whoever dreams the Singapore dream wants to be out of the statistic that most Singaporeans live in HDB flats. Condos are just like souped up HDBs anyway..
