  Report loss then wait for a week or 2. Use student card or whatsoever first.
  
  I lost mine twice, twice was returned.

  Lost my IC sometime back...and paid $60 to get a replacment...that time underage so no loanshark visit...very careful with IC now

  If u are living in Yishun area,most likely Ah Long will come.Go install cctv if the anove answer is Yes.Also please inform Singrel,M1 and Starhub to stop anyone from using your ic to register new line.

  Nothing much will happen.. the most suay one will be.. got ah long knock on ur door. Make a police report and go make a new ID .. there will be fine also, at the same time pray that no ah long willl come look for u
