Using parents' CPF for overseas studies

  Need some advices on the above topic. Can we actually use our parents CPF to study overseas course? Wat is the requirement like and is there any age limit? Eg. the person who going to take the course must be at least hw many years old and not more than how many years old? Is there any website i can check this? Thanks in advance
