teenage boys walk with their arms far out to the sides

  Why teenage boys especially those pai kias wannabes nowadays walk with their arms far out to their sides?
  
  (I am thinking maybe they have developed lats.Lats=muscles under your armpit area which if highly developed will make your arms stay far out to the sides. But couldnt be,coz they are skinny like hell)
  
  And they sway a lot when walking also.
