What singers do when they are not doing music album

Anyone know what singers are doing when they are not recording or preparing album?
Since they only relased album like once every 2 year or 1 and a half year. What do they do in the rest of the time once they finish promotion for the album as well? 18 months to 24 months is a long time. -
they think what to write for their songs..

Normally, I would go shopping, and find new deals.
Also must train the vocals and health. And actually, its not a long break if you must know.
Before the recording of the albums, we need at least half a year or 10months of planning prior to the recording.
There are still music videos that need to be done. And must learn the lyrics and melody at the same time.
Also must choose what kind of theme the album will be. And choosing the costumes and outfit. Waiting for initial plans is such a torture.
Not to forget, find new investors for the album and sponsors. And appear in magazines for photoshoots, tv for interviews and maybe hold a mini concert.
And when album is out, still need to have a promotion tour. And this can takes months!! Very tiring.
So the list goes on and on....
Dunt think we got lots of break ok...

some take some time off for personal life like spending more time with parents, make babies, go on tour.....
or even plastic surgery, make bigger boobs, slimmer legs and fairer skin.......
a lot of preparation need to be made before the new album can be launched.....
like choosing songs, meeting up and discussing with song composers, producers.....recording, editing.......
photoshoot album cover, mtv.....
sometimes they oso tio ad endorsements......
they oso may need to appear in variety shows, drama, roadshows, events, overseas performance......
