Not really....
Woman are typically more detailed.... in micro control.
Man are in macro control looking at a wider vision.
So people think woman very particular on small items think its on the ball.
But Man on the either hands look at the bigger vision are often been tot as overlooking the smaller details. -

You obviously have not met some of the male bosses that I've met....who are more calculative and petty than any woman ever was. -

I also agree we should not generalise. Sure got people can find counter examples.
... But hor someone once told me because women are more emotionally involved, they take care of the details. But their failing is that they favor the short term and not long term results.
