  Swimming instructors at Casuarina swimming club in Darwin, Australia, have a unique way to help teach their young students to swim faster - by having a crocodile chase them during speed trials! The instructors use a six-foot saltwater crocodile with its jaws taped shut, but even with all those precautions, students still find the experience a tad intimidating.   if u are swimming br east stroke , make sure ur kick and pulling back stroke is same as pushing out. Fingers gap closed , shoulders up. Long strokes.
  
  As for free style , u can train by breathing to ur left and right every 3 strokes to practice breathing. U lift ur head sideways just enough to breath in. Technique very important. Need to stretch ur hands when u pull back . Make sure when u pull back its straight down so u can pull urself with the strokes. N maintain constant kicking. strong kicks.
  
  another way to practice breast stroke is to carry 2 bricks . one on each hand n float 50 M forward n back total 100 M's . It practices ur leg muccles when u swim that stroke.
