Now the car has been scraped. The person who claimed against her told her her claim for the insurance has been rejected becoz she submitted the wrong car plate number. Now half a year has gone and then she is asking my fren to pay for the damages. But the car has been scraped.....so what should my fren do now?

My fren fault as she hit the back of another car.
My fren's car has been scraped.

P.S. Only the other party made claim for the insurance. My fren never report to insurance company as her car nothing.

Siong! Your friend did not report to her insurance co, that means she has to shoulder the liability herself. nvm that is over, can't do anything about it.
The other party only recourse now is to take private action against your friend. Don't know if she will do it, because sometimes it is not worth it.
If your friend wants to be honourable and settle, she could negotiate a reasonable payment. Get an experience friend to help estimate the appropriate payment. Don't pay what the other party ask, always pay less.
