  Yesterday, one PRC guy who looks rather well fed asked me for money at my hdb void deck, saying he needs money to eat his meals.

  No choice mah... They actually prefers singapore to say eg. australia ...One of my PRC classmate told me...
  Reason 1:Got their same race here(same language,no discrimination)
  Reason2:English education and recognised ard the world
  Reason 3:Higher standard of living (cleaner,better infrastructure)
  Reason 4 :Much more cheaper and closer to home...
