Some tips to look out for if you wanna have a good reputation.
1 : Try to be friendly when people approach you or requests you to approach them to take orders, don't give those "nnb where's my 100 dollars?!" face. Nobody likes it.
2 : Make sure your sugar cane is fresh and naturally sweet. Don't add too much water or sweet, consumers don't like that taste.
3 : Try to offer something new, like new recipes or tastes. Try to be friendly and ask how is it to those people who look friendly after they bought your drinks.
4 : Keep a clean shop always, people dislikes stalls which are dirty.

Ya lor which is why I say it's easy to say marketing & packaging! But ideas how to do it is the crux.......
