Yes, but once u are familiar with it. The playing of words are actually nothing, it's because of what u studied.. the words seem to be very familiar thus if u cannot remember the term well enough, all the 4 answers seem correct.

U must read the books also because the sample papers may not have the same layout as the MCQs. Sometimes the sample paper question is the answer for the MCQs or vice versa.
Sometimes the sample papers dont even have the correct answers/question as the actual MCQs
