What should i do?

Hi fellow forumers, i have this friend of mine (a 22 yrs old lady) who has been pregnant for about 3-4 months ever since her marriage.
Her husband knew me as her quite close friend for about 10 years now and often would allow her to go out with me.
Often, we would meet up to discuss more about her current life and how she would feel being a mother in months to come. All was fine until when she told me she quarreled with her husband one fine day about some certain issues and was quite upset.
As usual, i was always there to comfort her when she's down. The reason is that her husband was always coming back home late at night and had no time to spent with her.
But it all changed when she started asking me out very frequently and even acts as if we are couples in public...
Of course, i thought it's quite alright since we are best of friends and teasing each other should be common. Never would i thought that whenever i drive her back home after each meet up, she would place her hand on my private and give me that "interested" look in my eyes...
What should i do? I admit i have some feelings for her as well and i would like to.....u know what....haha...Isit quite safe even if she's pregnant?
Will anyone please give me some advise? -
i think she is taking you as a spare tyre....pregnant women are more emotional and moody. since her husband isnt spending enough time with her, you could be as well her substitute.

Fcuk sake, do the right thing.
You mentioned that: 1) You guys are close friends for over 10 years, 2) The husband trusts you enough to let his wife out with you. Then you shouldn't even be betraying this friendship and the husband's trust in you as a person.
Instead of providing counsel to your best friend and making an effort to resolve the issues between them or at the very least stay out of it, you harbour thoughts of trying to be funny with somebody's wife.
Moral decay of society... Alas -
