  for some reason, when i woke up today, the area of the palm which is below the thumb area, hurts
  
  any solutions on how to de-hurt it?

  one time i woke up in the middle of the night and i couldnt feel or move my entire hand becoz i fell asleep on it. i then spent half and hour pushing the blood from my forearm into my hand until i suddenly felt a burning feeling circulating around my hand when the blood started flowing into it. It stung so badly but was pretty cool coz i could feel the blood slowly coursing through my veins
