No, China is still a developing country and Hello, you should be aware of this fact, you need to remember what Deng Xiaoping told your people before he died : Be humble, work hard, keep low profile. People who has to depend on their motherland's fate to make the next move or to draw the next breath or simply to lift up his head to the world is in my opinion has low self esteem.

America is a superpower but there are people who are worse than thrash there. Iraq is in a mess now but there are some rich, educated, confident, high self esteem iraqis out there or maybe in Singapore.
Your country only tells you where you are from. The rest is based on your pesonal capabilities, which i doubt u have since you have to rely on this kind of ego boosting insignificance.
Singapore is small and will never be a superpower but the country's fundamentals are far better than China. The healthcare here is good, policies are well though, there is relatively good level of human rights(just enough to prevent riots), crime is low, nice parks to walk around, education and some which explain the reason u r here if u r a PRC.
I am not so immature to say that u should go back to ur country if u do not like it in Singapore. Just stop being so immature and shallow as i saw in some of ur other posts here. Also, i have to add that most PRCs are quite shallow and always sing pride about China, partly due to the education u pple have back home that emphasises in propaganda and nationalism. Grow up man.Nobody owes u anything.
We are in Singapore now and this is the place we call home although it might be a temporary one for some of us.
I can write more and in a better structured way if u want but I am busy writing a report now.
