Recomendation of job for student

Hello, what jobs are good for students? Im am planning to work during the holidays. I am sec 3 This year, dont know if there is a chance to work.
Can post your own experience working as a student:
What was your level at that time(Sec ?) Where you worked at . How much was the pay.

Last time Sec 3 I was still studying very hard leh.. You'd better study ar, or else you'll regret.

Last time sec 3 I got no time to work, coz if I did, I got no time study, then I sec 4 also cannot go, become road sweeper.

end of the year u can try supermarkets, moving and packing goods (before u try, maybe go to pumping iron get some advice on how to build some muscles)

but heard nowadays the starting pay is $3. you may wan to try those cinemas, they pay around $4.50 per hour, quite flexible also =D -

if its part time for ur age..dont have to ask..the rate is about
$3.50-$6
higher if u work in pub/night spot or office place..
but u sec3..not likely. -
I worked as a promoter for exercise machines last yr dec holidays.. (Sec3) Earned $5/hr, excluding commission. Venue depends on where im attached to.
But promoter not easy, must know how to talk -
I worked in various positions during my school days right up to law school. I din mind the type of work as long as it fitted my schedule coz I know I'm not in it for the long haul. I've done sales, surveying, telemarketing, tuition, foodstall asistant, among others. The wide array of jobs I've done enriched my experience and helped me obtain a wider perspective of life while the finances gained taught me the value of money and paid me through school......... To me, there's no such thing as a "right" job for a student, only whether the student is willing to take on the job or not.....
