Any one of you notice that there's a man in his 40's who flashes his tweener at young girls and boys in AMK ave 10?

I remember got story from secondary school... About 4 years ago, got a girl walking home late at night from her friend's house after just finished school project... She's going home from Lakeside to Chinese Garden... Instead of walking on the sidewalk beside the road, she decided it would be faster if she walk through the path along Lakeside Lake... At night it was very dark so she walk fast fast... but along the way, she saw a man in a rain coat... she didn't pay much attention until she the man got closer and she saw the man had painted his whole body green... the man then open his rain coat and flashed his body at the girl and began chasing her... the girl ran as fast as she could screaming for help... she ran to the road hoping to escape the flashing man if she cross the road... but then, as she cross the road, the girl was hit by a car and died on the spot...
Moral of the story..., don't cross the road while the green man is flashing
