Emm..let share it..actually also dun really consider as knowledge lah..jus wanna know do u all know any special tradition custom which are pass down by the older generation??
I will start the ball rolling..
1) When ppl have have sore eye, there's a myth saiding tt by tying a black string on the middle finger, when the string drop off, the sore eye will recover..
2)When u attend other ppl wake, before you leave, remember to take a red string from the family member..ten on the halfway home, remember to throw it away..dun bring it home..

Sore Eyes
When you have sore eyes, fear not. Take a grain of rice (i dont know whats it called, hokkien term i forgot already)
Actually not rice grain, more like the root or somethin? but is in a form of rice grain too, then point towards your sore eyes (not poke!), in out in out, as in scarin the 'thing' in your eyes, then sore eyes will be gone.
Tested before by my mom when i had sore eyes, straight away gone!

1) One good way to ease ear blocked caused by sudden flow of water into the ear esp during swimming is to pour abt 3 ml of lukewarm water with salt into the ear then tilt ur heard to release the water. The water will flow out and u wont hear any echo or feel awkward..

People who don't shut their eyes fully when they sleep are bad people because the "not-shutting-eye-fully" action look like they're trying to look out even while they sleep.
And this, (for girls only) flash your boobs when you see a pontianak, it'll scare them off. -

The ability to, or chance of, determining causality in phenomena will lead to conception of 'purpose'. Failing which, it is unrelated 'randomness'.
Therefore, purpose is neither inherent in existence nor is it divorced from it; it is 'purpose' for its own sake, and its importance is self evident.

Got a incident is abt picking up dollar note de..there's one time, my friend and i was waiting for the traffic light..ten his eyes very bright..He saw a dollar note on the floor..so very naturally, he went forward to pick it up..ten he forget to spend it on tt nite, the next day he buang bike..till quite jia lat..so he learn guai liao..next time pick up $$ must spend it away asap..coz u nv know wat's inside..
