  i would like to know if it is an offence to walk about at home in underwear. Cos me(22 yrs old), my dad and older bro(24 yrs old) have a habit of wearing only underwear at home cos its hot... Also more convineant. So if the window open, is it an offence if ppl from next block see?
  
  And it is quite common to wear only underwear at home for man rite..... Like most of my frens also like that....
